Returns Policy
Returns - All returns must be authorized by ourselves by contacting us by email, telephone or letter within 21 days of delivery. All goods returned must be in an unused condition including where applicable all labels and swing tags intact and including original packaging un-opened. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the product and we suggest products are returned using a postal service which requires signatures on receipt. When the product are received and meet all our return conditions an exchange, credit note or refund will be offered. In the case of an exchange a flat £5 will be charged for postage of new product. Please note returns can also be dealt with at out Nottingham indoor facility, printed receipts will be required.
