Refund Policy
Faulty Products - All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and are covered by manufactures warranty. To ascertain whether goods are faulty we ask you to return the goods to us. Please follow the same procedure as returned products. Only on receipt we can determine a fault and in some cases products may have to be inspected by the manufacturer, Once confirmed as a fault an exchange, credit note or refund will be offered.
